Gift Aid declaration form

If you are a UK taxpayer, and wish to Gift Aid your current and future membership subscription, plus any donations that you make, then please complete and submit this form. Gift Aid is then reclaimed by the club, from the tax you pay (at no cost to yourself).

You only need to complete this form once.

You need to have paid at least as much Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in the tax year as we will claim in Gift Aid. If you have any questions, please contact a Trustee, or the treasurer.

Please notify Bellahouston Road Runners by emailing treasurer@bellahoustonroadrunners.co.uk if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name and address (if you are not a full member), or no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains.
