A record number of Bellas turned out for the first marathon pace training session of 2016 in Glasgow Green on Wednesday 13th January. Cold but dry – well done everyone!

Monday 30/03/2026 6.30pm : 5Km Bilat: 10 x 400m at 5Km Pace/200m same time recovery

Wednesday 01/04/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 15 Mins tempo/3 Mins jog/10 Mins tempo/2 Mins jog/5 mins tempo

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
