Scottish Marathon Championships – Bronze medals

Congratulations to Russell, Greig and Robbie who won Bronze Medals at the Scottish Marathon Championships at the the London Marathon on Sunday.  A fantastic result.

Wednesday 01/04/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 15 Mins tempo/3 Mins jog/10 Mins tempo/2 Mins jog/5 mins tempo

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
