Monday 31/08/2026 6.30pm : Paarluf: 12 x 500/300m Paarluf - 100m Jog Recovery

Wednesday 02/09/2026 6.30pm : 10Km Session: 10–12 x Elephant Loop with 2 Mins Jog Recovery.

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
