Monday 01/06/2026 6.30pm : 3Km Pace Session: 2 x 600m/500m/400m/300m/200m with 2 Min (200m) Jog Recovery between reps and sets. Start at 3Km pace and increase slightly every rep

Wednesday 03/06/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 4 - 6 x 1 Mile Tempo/1 Mins Jog Recovery
