Training Schedule

The full training schedule and rota is available here.

Monday 27/07/2026 6.30pm : 3Km Pace Session: 8 x 2 mins at 3Km pace 80s jog recovery

Wednesday 29/07/2026 6.30pm : Pace Increaser: 5 x 5 mins/2mins30s jog recovery. Start at marathon pace and increase pace each rep by 5s eg start at 7 min/mile and increase to 6:55 then 6:50 etc.

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 miles
