Monday 06/04/2026 6.30pm : 3Km Pace Session: 6 x 600m at 3Km Pace/100m walk/jog recovery in 80s

Wednesday 08/04/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 4 - 6 x 1 Mile Tempo/1 Mins Jog Recovery (Bellahouston Park)

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
