Monday 27/04/2026 6.30pm : 3km club track race(s)

Wednesday 29/04/2026 6.30pm : Pace Increaser: 5 x 5 Mins/2mins30s Jog Recovery. Start at Marathon Pace and increase pace each rep by 5s eg start at 7 min/mile and increase to 6:55 then 6:50 etc.

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
