Training Schedule

The full training schedule and rota is available here.

Monday 20/07/2026 6.30pm : 2 x 4 mins/3mins/2 mins/1 min all with 2 mins recovery starting at 5Km pace and progressing to 1 mile effort at end of set

Wednesday 22/07/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 4 - 6 x 1 mile tempo/1 min jog recovery

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 miles
