Training Schedule

The full training schedule and rota is available here.

Monday 21/09/2026 6.30pm : 3Km Pace Session: 2 x 600m/500m/400m/300m/200m with 2 Min Jog Recovery between reps at sets. Start at 3Km pace and increase slightly every rep

Wednesday 23/09/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 2 - 3 x 2 Mile Tempo/2-3 Mins Jog Recovery

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
