Cat MacDonald continued with her excellent run of form competing for Scotland’s hill runners, on thi soccasion at the Home Countries Senior Home International in Cumbria on Sunday 17th August 2025.
A very tough 14k (up and down) at Whinlatter Forest, with 750m of climbing, on a warm day in the north west of England.
Scotland women were 2nd placed team, with Cat being the first Scots lady home! Well done Cat!
