Monday 24/08/2026 6.30pm : 5Km Pace Session: 6 x (600m/200m Jog Recovery/400m/100m Jog Recovery)

Wednesday 26/08/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 2 - 3 x 2 Mile Tempo/2-3 Mins Jog Recovery

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
