Monday 16/03/2026 6.30pm : 5Km Pace Session: 6 x (600m/200m jog recovery/400m/100m jog recovery)

Wednesday 18/03/2026 6.30pm : Tempo Session: 2 x 10 Mins Tempo/2 Mins jog recovery

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles/ Scottish 6 Stage Road Relays
