It was the Scottish National Trail Championship at the Creiff 10k on Sunday 13th July. And it was another great run in warm conditions by Cat MacDonald (39:57) to finish 3rd lady.
The following week, on Saturday 19th July, it was the 48th Snowdon International Hill Race (Ras Yr Wydffa). 15.35k with 994m of elevation, in warm conditions. Another great performance from Cat to finish 9th lady (from 87) in 1:27:28.
