Wednesday 22/04/2026 6.30pm : 4 x 6 MIns at 10Km Pace/3 Mins Jog Recovery/3 Mins at slightly faster than 10Km pace/90s Jog Recovery

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
