Monday 23/02/2026 6.30pm : 5Km Bilat: 20 x 200m at 5Km Pace/100m Same Time Recovery

Wednesday 25/02/2026 6.30pm : 10Km Session: 10 x 3 Mins/90s Jog Recovery

Weekend: Weekend Long Run - 12 - 16 Miles
